Coach Values introduces the Ciutat Esportiva as its new home
Former FC Barcelona players teach this leadership training activity for businesses
This September, the FC Barcelona Ciutat Esportiva has become the new venue for Coach Values, the leadership training day that the FC Barcelona Players' Association offers to companies. On this occasion, a group of executives from the company Riyad Bank, participants in a training course at the IESE business school, were the protagonists of Coach Values, which took place at La Masia and at the Sant Joan Despí training camps. The former blaugrana player, Andrea Orlandi, has been the host of a day in which Marc Valiente, Dídac Rodríguez, Jordi Martínez and Samuel Okunowo have also participated.
During the day, the former blaugrana players transmit the fundamental bases of the Barça model, their values and above all their way of coaching and managing team and players in order to implement a successful style of play. The link between sport and business is easy and effective to transmit the model of success to the participants and invite them to reflect on aspects of good leadership that they can apply to their companies. On this occasion, the rain was a living example of resilience that invited the participants to adapt successfully to the new situation, which in the VUCA environment that companies live in is fundamental.
