The FC Barcelona Players Association continues with "Coach Vaules", the product designed so that companies can improve the performance of their work teams by applying some of the techniques of the Barça methodology. 35 managers of the Safran aeronautical group took part in this day, on Friday 3 February, as part of a education program with IESE business school.
The objective of the group was very concrete: to find out that different business units would ultimately belong to a single company. It was appropriate to transfer to the team of managersof these departments the concept of unity, teamwork, pride of relevance and cohesion of the group. On this occasion, the Barça former player Andrea Orlandi will be the host of the session, which will begin with theoretical work at the Camp Nou. Next, the activity is going to be transferred to the soccer field, with a mistake about the management of the locker room. They will end up with exercises on the skills commented on, with communication, cohesion and leadership. Finally, as usual, the session will end with a reflection on the feina feta and on the concepts that from now on can be transferred to the reality of the feina. In addition to Orlandi, in this session of "Coach Values" Alguer Brugarola, Dimas Delgado, Jordi Martínez and Dídac Rodríguez also participated.
