Did something come up, and you can't come on the requested date/time? Change your ticket and do not miss your visit to Barça Immersive Tour.*

CONDITION TO APPLY THE CHANGE

The change of tickets will be valid until December 31, 2025, applicable only to unused tickets and with an initial date between January 1 and December 31, 2025.

Cost of change: 

Changes in the date or time of tickets cost of: 

• €10 per ticket.

Who can order the change? 

We can only apply a change if you purchased your tickets via the official FC Barcelona website (www.fcbarcelona.com).

How is exchange done?

On the day you want to visit, you can go directly to the ticket office to make the change. You have to show the old tickets. Subject to availability.

How will I access the tour once my ticket has been modified?

You can access them by showing the original ticket together with the exchange ticket at the Museum entrance, that you have purchased previously at the ticket office.

* Once tickets for the Match Day Tour, the Players Experience Training City and the Barça Sky Tour have been purchased, there is no option for exchange or refund.
