Coach Values program of the FC Barcelona Players Association has celebrated a new session this Monday, November 15. On this occasion, a team from the Pepsico company made a stay at Camp Nou to learn how to transfer the FC Barcelona methodology to the business world.
With the help of a team of consultants led by the former Barça player, Jofre Mateu, the participants not only entered a football system and values referenced throughout the world, but also verified how to bring it in their day-to-day life . Also former players Dimas Delgado, Jordi Martínez and Andrea Orlandi completed the team of that day Coach Values.
Coach Values is one of the Association's proposals for the education of company teams. A teambuilding day tailored to each company and in which aspects such as leadership, communication or team cohesion are worked on. The former players of FC Barcelona themselves transmit these values and skills that they have lived in La Masia so that the participants can put them into practice in their day-to-day activities in the company. At the same time, the Coach Values is also a way to open up new professional possibilities to the members of the Association with skills to design and lead the activity.
