4 BPA members take part in FCB Escola camps

Javi Delgado, Jordi Martínez, Carles Gimeno and Sergi Pérez took part in FCB Escola camps in Holland, Switzerland, Italy, Mexico and Spain.
Four of the camps organised this summer around the world by FCB Escola have seen the participation of FC Barcelona ex-players who are members of the Barça Players’ Association. All of them got in contact with the school via the BPA Education and Development Area, which managed their access to the FCB Escola pool of coaches a few months ago.

Their experience, as well as the sporting education and knowledge of the fooball world that they possess, allows these ex-players to become directly involved in activities organised by sports organisations like FCB Escola. Some of the tasks they carried out on the camps included supervising the drills led by monitors and also transmitting information to local coaches about the Barça football methodology. For some of the locations, such as Guadalajara (Mexico), it was the first time that an FCB Escola camp had been held.

The 4 camps with Barça ex-players

FCB Camp - Sport. Javi Delgado was in charge of the Piqué team on this camp, which brought together children from around the globe.
Double camp in Italy and Switzerland. The Barça ex-player Carles Gimeno took part in two camps in Italy (Venice and Livigno) and another in Switzerland (Geneva).
Camp in Mexico. Sergi Pérez, BPA member, took part in the camp which was organised in Guadalajara where they had a special visit from Barça ex-player Rafa Márquez.
