The Foundation of Players have created the rol of a Chief Compliance Officer to ensure the rule enforcement. This role requires a throrough knowledge of the Ethics and Behaviour Code and the intern rules to prevent any law-breaking conduct.
The Foundation has created the role of the Chief Compliance Officer with that purpose.
The Foundation's Chief Compliance Officer is an idependent figure who knows both bodies' operation, culture and activities. Therefore, they can submit and take care of any report given to the Rule Compliance and Ethics Channel.
The Chief Compliance Officer runs their duties following proportionality anfd authority principles as well. For that reason, their acts will always be proportional to any risks the Foundation may face. Their opinions and recommendations are valuable to the ruling body.
